Currently working with Bailey on trying to sell my home in Surprise. We are still exploring all our options but based on the initial phone call, he was very welcoming and seemed like a good guy. The process was as advertised! We had a great initial meeting with the team. I feel both sides received a fair price. Edgar/Bailey worked diligently to get us the offer we wanted with their corporate office.

The only reason we did not give next level a 5 star review was a glitch that happened the day of closing. Our representatives were unaware/surprised of a policy change. This caused our closing to be pushed a week to the right. Communication with us could have been improved during this time frame. However, in the end the team Bailey, Anthony, and Brad worked the issues and closed all the open actions. There were no more surprises when we did close with the title company that following week. Our check was ready & paid in full as we had contracted.

Next Level has a very good team with high ethics! We would absolutely recommend Next Level!!!
